The setting is marvellous and good, just off Butts Park Arena, the city centre and a quiet residential area in Spon End. One of tourist spots - Historic Spon Street - is relatively close to the hotel, really enjoyed that.

The Deluxe En-Suite Room In Cv1 was absolutely perfect for my business trip. The room came with a desk, which was a lifesaver for getting work done. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch for unwinding after a long day. And the private bathroom was clean and well-maintained. I felt comfortable and at home throughout my stay.

The only downside for me was that some rooms at the guest house had garden views. Personally, I prefer a city view, but I understand that others might still enjoy the peacefulness of a garden setting.
